mIRC 5.7--can't remove

I have a couple of clients who have this on their PC, but
they didn't install it. I can't find a way to uninstall
it. It looks like it may be part of a trojan or some
other virus. Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of
this program and any associated files it may have
installed?
