You definitely need at least some of the files from the user profile [e.g.
c:\documents and settings\username that encrypted the files or the
administrator / DRA] or else the files are probably gone.

www.download.com or www.freeware.com for a file undelete utility to try to
look for deleted unencrypted copies of the files]
