You need to have a separate mechanism to distribute the client certs. For
Win 2003 Enterprise Server you can use autoenrollment. For Win2k you can use
MMC enrollment or web enrollment. Then you need to use IIS mapping or
Directory service mapping to map the certificates to user accounts when the
user accesses a virtual directory that is configured to require client
certificates
