You'll have to work your way up the hierarchy. For example, if folder3 is
in folder2 and folder2 is in folder1 and you can't remove "Account
Unknown(S-1-5-21-86156........)" from folder3 due to inheritance, you'll
need to try to remove the user from folder2. If the inheritance is
preventing removal here, continue up the line until you hit the root (which
is where I'm guessing you'll need to remove the unknown user from anyway)
