    Problem:

Small network 40 pc sharing a single internet connection thought a
    firewall.

Firewall software reports over 300MB of data trafic to a website about
10 of the client machines are connecting to this site (none of the
    operaters are aware of it.)

Is there some software I can install on the client machine to monitor
what programs are connecting to the internet and what sites are being
connected to. So I can find which program is hogging all the bandwidth.

BTW the site it is connecting to does not exist anymore
(sportinglife.com) (I have blocked the site in the firewall and still
the data flows, I have blocked all ports to the site both www address
    and IP address)

I have spent the last two days trying to track this down and am running
out of ideas. Any help welcom.
