Hello Everyone,
I am a network administrator for a large bank. I have been
asked by the senior management to set up a Share with
copy/read/write access to all users. They DO NOT however,
want the users to be able to create/modify or move the
existing FOLDERS.
Therein lies my problem. As soon as I deny create folder
access, users lose write access to files. Is there a way
that I can give access to write without giving them the
ability to create folders?
As we are all on different timezones, and I am not able to
sit here and monitor this forum, could I please ask that
you send any responses to my email address
taker14@hotmail.com.
Thanks
Adam
