Something happened on my home computer. The content
advisor is not letting me access the internet at all. I
am a Comcast customer, and can't even reach my home page
there. When I go into the control panel, it asks me for
the password, which I don't know, or have forgotten. How
can I get this turned off, and return to using my internet
services at home.
