    Hi Roy. Try this - set appropriate users permissions for root, such as
read/list/execute. Then for root folder go to advanced to select special
permissions. Choose add, select the users/group, under "apply onto" select
this folder only and check allow for create folder/append data. That should
allow them to create folders. Then repeat process at root folder again, but
this time under "apply onto" select subfolders and files only. Then select
appropriate permissions you wish to grant for subfolders and files they
create. For instance select all boxes for allow if you want them to have
full control. --- Steve
