Your computer is likely being used as a drone in a DDoS (Distributed Denial
of Service) attack. I would end any mirc.exe tasks running, and go to
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ to scan for and delete all malicious files.
If this site doesn't find any, delete the offending folder.
