        If you still have access to your computer from a network you could
create a batch file using secedit that would reset your security settings to
default - copy command in link to notepad and save it as fix.bat . You would
have to log onto another computer with the the same user account/password
that has administator access to your computer, copy the batch file (access
your computer using administrative share - \\computername\c$ ) to it into
the proper folder (see last link), and then use mmc snap in gpedit.msc from
the other computer to change group policy on your computer to use the batch
file as a start up script, reboot, and then undo the group policy change
when done. --- Steve
