I believe there are utilities you can use that convert a .BAT file to an
.EXE file, or you could write your logon script in .VBS and use the command
to encode it. Neither of these are guaranteed to be secure but is much
better than putting an admin password in a plain text .BAT file that must be
world readable in order to run.
