Local Security Policy Recovery

I have just mistakenly denied Local Logon access to
everyone(including Administrator) to my Window 2000
Professional PC. I have not been able to Logon with any
user locally.

I am not sure why or how it also denied access to
Administrator account. Could someone please help me with
how I can recover from this mess.

I can't affort to loose my installations and settings.
