Hi Alene,

IIRC, you can't password protect a screensaver if you allow Windows 2000 to
automatically log yo on each time you start the computer. Perhaps this is the
problem. For information on how to "To require or disable a logon password in a
workgroup setting" search Windows 2000 Help for the words in the double-quotes.
And for information on the "hoops" you will have to "jump through" to be able to
logon if you forget your password, search this group for the password FAQ.
