winVNC window during logon

Dear all,

Whenever I startup the OS a window named WinVNC pops up
and ask me to set up a password for some incoming socket
connection. After I click OK, it saids "running winVNC
without a password poses a security risk".

Could anyone pls tell me what's it is and it there a way
to disable it?
