Unable to display Security information

Hello,

I can't view any security information on any file. I first
thought it was related to my access- rights. But the
problem still occurs after loggin as administrator.

I saw there was a fix for NT 4 but I'm working on a W2K
pro SP3.

Any idea welcome.
