Win2000 Security

Hello,
 
I have some problem relating to the OS security issue. I
have written an application in VB, which I am able to run
on win 95 & 98 pc but I am unable to run it on Win2000
with a normal user login. When I run the same application
with Admin login on win2000, it runs properly.
 
In my application I am creating files on the local hard
drive, accessing system registry & connecting to the MS
Access database using ADO.
 
I wanted to know, How could I make my VB application work
on win 2000 OS with a normal user login.
 
I would appreciate a help on the same.
