administrator rights

Somehow I screwed up the account rights for the
administator account and now I can't do anything - I am
still logged on, but it won't let me open Group Policy,
Domain Policy, IPSec, or change / add any users or
rights. HELP!!!! I don't know what I did - I was trying
to tighten security and must have done something wrong.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
