Applications run when user logs on with 'admin' rights but not with 'user' right

Hi all,

I have installed 'Extra ! Personal client' on Win 2000 OS.

The application runs when I logon as 'administrator' but
does not work when I logon with 'user' access rights.

The error message is 'Cannot find security file, see your
administrator for further instruction'
