Dear All,
I have windows 2000 server installed as a DC. I Do not have
any firewall. MY Problem is that when i connect to the internet from home
and try to acess my server by start --> run --> ip address of the computer
it asks me for a username and password if u give the user name and passowrd
i can access all the shared folders. i want to disable this service so that
when i go to \\ ip adress of the computer it should not ask for any thing it
should just tell me.. inaccessible or somehting

Any help would really be appriciated
Imran Abdul Khailq.
