One of our Windows 2000 servers which is accessible on the
Internet, keeps on getting "Messenger" popup messages. To
this point they seem to be harmless but it can be
irritating when there are dozens of popup messages. How
do we block this "Messenger" popup messages? Can we
disable the "Messenger Service"? What are the implications?

Thanks.
