Yes, Win2k is most definitely supported, it's the ability
to project to a student screen if the student has not yet
logged in that the support people say is "impossible due
to Windows 2000 security." (see example scenario, below)
Anyway, I know this isn't a NetOp forum, it's a Windows
2000 forum. I just was wondering if this claim
of "impossiblity" is accurate.
If you're still interested, Imagine this scenario:
A class of 25 student computers. The class has just begun,
but only 20 of the students have got their acts together
and logged on. The instructor wants to begin the class
with a demonstration, using the Netop School software.
In Windows 98, the instructor could just begin, with no
concern for the fact that not everyone had logged in.
In Windows 2000, the instructor must remind the students
to log on and wait for them to do so, before proceding.
Ok, ok... it doesn't seem like a big deal, but trust me --
if you're an instructor, it's a big deal.
Thanks for your time.
