Distributed File System Security Question

Hello Community;

    Not sure if this is the right forum to post this question, but here it
is. When using Distributed File System, is there a way to hide links from
users that don't have access to those links? In other words, I want to hide
folder links from users that don't have file access to those shares. Is
there a way to do this?
