Antivirus. www.grisoft.com is free antivirus. The information in the virus
databases at www.sarc.com or at the web page for your antivirus manufacturer
will give you more information [though you need to use antivirus to identify
the exact version of Klez being used].

If you scan a computer and it becomes reinfected, either you're missing some
patches or you don't have antivirus installed. One-time virus removal tools
like a klez-specific scanner from www.sarc.com are OK, but do nothing to
prevent reinfection. Only installed antivirus does that.
