The problem seems to be that IE does not have the cerificate for the issuing certificate authority in its trusted store - that is what you need to import, not the one from loginnet.passport.com. Assuming you REALLY trust this certificate authority, then next time you got to that site click on the little padlock in the lower right hand corner. When the certificate window opens up select Certification path. Highlight the top item in the certification path, which is the issuing authority. Then select view certificate, details, and copy to file. The export wizard will open up and allow you to export the certificate - use DER X.509 and a name and place for the file. Then in Internet Explorer select tools/internet options/content/certificates/trusted root certification authorities. Then select import and use the wizard to find the file you just exported and install it. Exit and restart Internet Explorer and it should work .--- Steve
