Auto Complete/Suggestion when logging on

Recently my auot complete/suggestion function stooped
working. Each time I want to access my web based email
account I have to manually type in my username and
password. Prior to this it would guess what I was typing
and make suggestions and I would click OK! Anyone got any
ideas how to reactivate this/
