Locked myself out of the system

Background:

I'm studying for an MCSE exam and doing some practice
excercises. After creating a couple of OU and user
accounts I tried to login with the new users. I got the
message that "local policies did not allow for interactive
logon of the user".

Problem:

I edited the security settings in order to allow the new
users to logon. After restarting the system I was able to
logon with the new users. When I tried to login as the
Administrator I got an error message saying that the local
security policies did not allow interactive logon of the
Administrator. So now I can only log in as a user without
any priviledges. BTW, the computer is a domain controller.

Is there any way to regain access as the Administrator?

Thanks in advance,

Roberto
