If the computer is joined to a domain, you do this within the domain... e.g.
the Active Directory Users and Computers MMC if a Windows 2000 domain...
look for a setting named something like "logon to..." or "logon from.."
If the computer is not joined to a domain, you should not have this problem,
because only people who know a valid local account name and password on that
workstation will be able to log in.
