2000 SE Laptop logon with hardware verification

Is there any way of setting up a network logon so that it
checks the user is on the correct laptop (each user mapped
to a CPU serial number?) to give extra security? If
someone tries to use a logon from a different machine even
if the details are correct, it will fail.
