Keep your Norton up to date and schedule frequent scans - be sure all email
is scanned before opening. Someone with physical access could have put it on
your computer - keep your computer secure as possible. If possible lock the
case, password protect cmos, configure computer to boot from hard drive
first. . Disable your uneeded services. Check Windows update often to make
sure all security updates are applied. Use a hard to guess password and
change it once in a while. What I do to further secure Internet access is
this. I set the Internet security zone to the same settings as restricted
sites. Then I manually add the sites I do not want restricted to my trusted
sites. --- Steve
