Carol,

Are you sure that you are entering the correct password?

You can change the administrator's password (best to set it to a
blank) by going to the following link and following the instructions;
please read the warnings first:

http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/

You can add another user by going to:

Start->Settings->Control Panel->Users and Passwords

If you don't want to enter a password all the time, take the tick out
of "Users must eneter a user name and password to use this computer"
