Hello,

You may check the permission of roaming profile folder on the network.
Also, you may try to add a domain user to the local admin group to test if
it is a local permission issue.

I have included the following Knowledge Base article for your reference:

222043.KB.EN-US Roaming Profile Folders Do Not Allow Administrative Access
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;222043

If you have any further questions, please feel free to post back.

Thanks & Regards,

| I have a 2000 server setup with 20 2000 w/s. I have
| roaming profiles enabled, along with active directories.
| I have not been able to figure out why my security
| profiles do not work. If I login as administrator on any
| of the w/s then all is good. If I login as anyone else I
| can not setup outlook express or any other program. I
| have tried giving admin rights to the users from the
| active directory users/groups, but this makes no
| diffrence. I have come to the conclusion that I am
| spinning my wheels. I know that I am overlooking
| something. But, I have developed tunnel vision on this
| problem.
|
| Can someone help?
