Finding trojans by file name is not the best idea, since it is trivial to
rename a file. Better to use antivirus first, and you could also try a
trojan scanner like www.pestpatrol.com or the others [some of them free]

If you want to look further for signs of something suspicious on yoru
computer, you could try these steps:
