Consider a signed computer use policy and a log on message stating
something along the lines that computer/network use is a privilige. Inform
them of your logging/auditing/intrusion detection software and that any
attempts to log on as another user, use scanning or enumeration software
against your network, etc. is not allowed and violation of policy could
result in expulsion. I am sure the good professor will not interfere with
your right/duty to do that! --- Steve
