help with Internet Ex 6

I could sure use some help. I had to have my computer
rebuilt and have lost the capacity to access my bank's
online banking system. I can't seem to download,
successfully, the 126 bit package that I keep getting
directed to. They even helped me download it and it STILL
dosen't get accepted into my system. I am using Windows
2000 and the newest version of Internet Explorer (v.6). I
would most certainly appreciate ANY help you can send my
way. If possible, please respond to my email address
