Computer certificate renewal

Hi,

I am a bit worried as the computer certificates, which
the machines have auto-enrolled for (Via GP), are coming
to the end of their 1 year life.

I assume they will automatically renew, could someone
confirm this.
Also when will they start to renew?

I would be grateful for any information.
