Email password problems

Hi! I have a newer account with use of this computer. I
set up a password about 2 weeks ago. It seems that I would
use one very familiar to me or one like another I
have...but no....I must have chosen another, and am unable
to remember it. I'm looking all over for a way to
retrieve my password...do you have a solution for me?
Where can I go to retreive or make new?
