I agree.. this is the most reliable way to be sure the message is popping up
on all computers, though is probably limited just to Windows clients [and
probably just NT / 2000 / XP as well]. You could do this in a batch file,
but it's hard to know for sure whether the batch file ran or was maximized
or minimized on a certain computer.

The REGEDIT /S c:\foldername\filename.reg command will import a reg file
to change the registry setting and will work from a logon script or the AT
command or Task Scheduler folder on the computer.
