encryption problem with EFS

Reinstalled win 2k Pro and cannot access any of the data
on that computer. The Data was encrypted using EFS(folder
properties/General/Advanced/Encrypt contents to secure
data). When I try to decrypt the data, I get an error
saying the data could not be decrypted. If I try to open
any of the documents, I get a "cannot access data" error
or "you do not have privileges..." even though I'm logged
in as the Administrator.
How can I reset the Encryption Key to access the data?
