1. Keep the existing NT4 PDC. Install a NT4 BDC, sync the BDC with the PDC.
2. Disconnect the BDC from existing network, promo the BDC ot PDC, do it in
an isolated network.
3. Then upgrade the new PDC to W2k DC.
4. Backup the data from the old file server with NTbackup, and restore to
the new 2k DC and keep the permission.
5. Test the users logon and file permission, if OK, disconnect the PDC and
bring the 2k DC on line
