Group Problem

I have a problem with WINDOWS 2000 in an NT Novell environment. Some
people are trying to log on and they are not accessing the DOMAIN.
The account locks out on the first try, but they are set to have 3
attempts. I found a group I have never seen before as well called the
SELF group. What is that????
