Thanks for your answer but this doesn't solve our problem.
I check what you said and Cockies are enabled in all our browsers.
I tried it also anotherway:
- I requested a certificat.
- I activated it.
- I tried to download the certificat in the same browser as i requested it.
But this time I even didn't close the browser or navigated to a nother page.
But I still can't download the certificat.
