yes, yes you are right. it is there and it works fine. I am not sure how it was not found when I was searching, but that is not relevant now. thanks. now, we just need to test it on 98 machine. any ideas on where to get more info on what dll it needs and what versions?????

Also, does location of exe mean something?? can it just stay on desktop or it needs to go in program files/winnt? 98 does not have that folder I believe?!!!!
