I have a question about setting up the following folders
properly. Assigning NTFS security. I do have some ideas,
but I am seeking some suggestions

Server: Windows 2000,
Domain Controller: NT 4.0

Shared (folder)
        A (subfolder)
        E (subfolder)
        J (subfolder)

Group C
Group D

If you belong to group C
Admin & IT users Full Control
Regular users Permissions/Allow (Modify, Read & Execute,
List Folder Contents, Read, Write)
to A (subfolder) and to E (subfolder)
Regular Users should not able to see J (subfolder)

If you belong to group D
Admin & IT users Full Control
Regular users Permissions/Allow (Modify, Read & Execute,
List Folder Contents, Read, Write)
to A (subfolder) and to J (subfolder)
Regular Users should not able to see E (subfolder)

I appreciate your help in advance
