Microsoft Certification Authorithy

I have installed the MS Authentification Authority on
a Win2000Server as a Standalone Version as described in the
Step by Step description from Mircosoft.
It is also discribed that you can use an anomymos loggin
this works fine so far. I can loggin an request a certificat.
After activating the requestet certificat I can't download it.
If I connect to the Server and select
 * Check on a pending certificate *
I recieve the message
 * There is no certificat *
