The ports on the Linksys are all closed by default - they would only be open
if you used port forwarding to a computer on your internal network. You
probably don't need the zone labs on your computers, but it does not hurt to
leave them in as extra layer of protection and if it can be configured to
block unauthorized outgoing ports it would be your only protection against a
trojan horse commumicating to the wan to remote control your computer from
the attacker. --- Steve
