All those paths can be found in the registry at:
HKU\<sid>\... or
KHCU\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\pol
icies.
You could set the key at login via a script.
If you use roaming profiles as templates for first login
or manditory profiles set it in the ntuser.dat/ntuser.man.
I guess there are 100 ways to skin that cat, you could
even write your own .ADM file.
www.regedit.com has tons of documented and undocumented
(by MS) reg keys detailed in it's DB.
