The only *practical* way to block AIM Express is by stripping java content
from web sites using a firewall or content filtering plugin on your
firewall. AIM express is just a web page with a Java Applet embedded. If
they can surf the web, they can use AIM express.

In my opinion, the *best* way to enforce this is to establish a company
policy. If they get caught, they get written up. That simple. That is,
after all, why we have policies...
