how to block AIMEXPRESS in a domain

i have a corp domain that uses messeber 4.7 threw exchange. i have
sucessfully gotten AIM anf yahoo messenger off the domain threw group
policy, but how to block AIMEXPRESS in a domain? easily without reconfgure
each workstation IE settings, is there anything in domain group policy? tia
