i've had windows 2000 professional on my home computer
forever .... i had a friend of mine come to my house to
do an upgrade ... after a while approx. 30 days a get a
pop-up message to change my user password ... i have
never seen this message before .... anyway i don't
remember if i gave a password i know i was causious about
it and i may have begun to enter a password and then
stoped in the middle and canceled it .... either way i
can not start windows because it is asking me for a
password .... is there anyway i can get into
windows ? ... i also tried to restart/reinstall windows
2000 professional but however, it takes me back to the
log-on message .... is there a way i can reinstall
windows on my computer ?

thank you any and all help would be appriciated
