You need third party tools [e.g. a firewall, or maybe a sniffer]. .NET
server [and to some extent Windows XP] have this feature. There are many
free ones. You can install www.sygate.com free [I think] and configure it
to just log, not block anything, to avoid it causing connectivity problems.
